SCCA is Pillara Sudanese –Canadian Communities organization dedicated to building better communities in Canada, Sudan and world-wide, empowering communities to lift themselves through:
Exchanging and sharing of information between all Sudanese Canadian communities throughout Canada and acting as a resource for best practices and innovations in governance and management.
Working together to improve and elevate the socio-economic, educational, and health status of all Sudanese – Canadians in Canada, and Sudan - with an emphasis on children, youth, women, and under-represented groups.
Supporting the professional and educational achievements of our members through research, advocacy, programs, and the attainment of professional designations.
Representing our community in Canada and Sudan to our Canadian government, provincial legislatures, legal system, professional associations, and regulatory bodies.
Coordinating and facilitating Sudanese Canadian cultural, linguistic, and athletic events and development programs that promote the well-being of our community and introduce Canadian society to Sudanese -Canadian culture.
